Canvas Eagles Statistics

Note: As with any real war these records are not absolute and 100% correct. Players were required to update all their pilots, dead or alive, to the Yahoo Groups databases, which requirement the most fulfilled but it's know that particularly players that didn't do well on the battlefront finally started to "forget" to update their data. So most what's missing is the few "cannon fodder" pilots of lesser players. Unfortunately there are also some long time active players who didn't update their info when the campaign ended. And almost certainly yours truly have made a mistake or two when calculating these statistics. Nevertheless the statistics are a very comprehensive presentation of the Canvas Eagles campaign fought.

Petri - German & French
His data his not unfortunately up to date. Missing are few pilots with only one or two missions (so too high missions and kills per pilot averages) as well as his best fighter pilot's data is out-of-date. Despite the above he's the true survivalist of the war if there is one. He kindly changed sides when the Allies needed more man power.

The ace of the aces of this campaign. His daring style brought him many kills in short time while for the others the same kind of boldness resulted only crosses in the cemetery. It does pay off to know when to be aggressive and as with any game Samuli's luck was unbeatable too.

In addition to the above number of skills the pilots (the very few!) got Ace skills, of course.
Almost 40% the pilots never made it out the novice status. And almost 65% never got a single skill!

55.08% of pilots never made it past their 1st or 2nd mission. Only 18 (8.70%) survived more than 10 mission.

Partial kills are rounded up. In the campaign Allies granted shared kills. During the early war Germans granted the kill to the highest ranked shooter, but later changed to draw cards to see who gets the kill.
Life is unfair indeed - The 7 aces got 80.5(46.81%) of the 172 kills achieved during the campaign.

Just in case someone noticed the total number of pilots fluctuating in the tables, it's because missing data in pilot database.
